This via ferrata is just beside via ferrata Murmelsteig which is much easier. The access to the via ferrata is quite tiring because there is no path, you need to walk uphill on loose stones. A helmet is absolutely essential for this via ferrata as there are lots of loose rocks.
The via is quite athletic and some rocks are kind of sharp. I wasn’t really able to enjoy the surroundings and I hit my knees a few times. However, the much easier Murmelsteig is just beside Falkertsteig and can be done afterwards to enjoy the incredible views.
The altitude at the end of the via ferrata is over 2.300 mts.

My name is Carmen and I love to travel and explore new places. I love animals and that is why I don’t eat them. I defend the idea that animals are entitled to the possession of their own lives and that their most basic interests should be afforded the same consideration as similar interests of human beings!
