Deep water soloing in Costa Brava – Psicobloc L’Escala

This deep water soloing spot is the perfect place to have some fun on a superhot summerday.

Compared to the psicobloc in Tossa de Mar this place has more variety, more routes, and easier grades (mostly 5 to 6b+ with a height of 8 – 20 meters).

Nearby there are also options to do some sports climbing, trad climbing, and multi pitching.

More deep water solo near Barcelona.

Routes 1-6 are graded 5 to 5+, routes 7-11 are 6b to 6b+, and route 12 is a 6c+. Source: Jose Calvo http://boulderinbcn.blogspot.com

About the author

My name is Carmen and I love to travel and explore new places. I love animals and that is why I don’t eat them. I defend the idea that animals are entitled to the possession of their own lives and that their most basic interests should be afforded the same consideration as similar interests of human beings!
