Roca dels Arcs (close to Vilanova de Meia) is an amazing place for all kinds of climbing: sports climbing, multi-pitch, trad, aid climbing. The longest multi-pitch route has a height of 250 meters and the wall looks spectacular.
From Barcelona it’s an about 2 hours drive. We went there for a daytrip only but the place is well worth a longer stay. I definitely want to come back.
The only negative thing is that you will find loose rocks. So be careful when climbing or belaying.
